Description

It is intended to build on the site of the former Karstadt building in Bremerhaven as a "third place" a city library as an "open library" and an associated youth hostel, which takes over functions of program work and as an extracurricular learning place. On the basis of the feasibility study prepared for this purpose, a GFA of approximately 12,000 m2 will have to be produced. The subject of this contract is the necessary planning services of the property planning for buildings and interiors in accordance with the service phases 1 - 9 of Annex 10 to the HOAI. The client intends to implement the project as an Integrated Project Alliance (IPA) under a multi-party contract. The contractor is expected to be willing to participate in this contractual model and to cooperate physically in a joint place of work provided by the contracting authority, with three days of attendance per week.
