Description

Works contract in the framework of the project “Kunszentmiklóson Kunszentmiklóson KEOP-1.2.0/09-11-2011-0010” – Renovation of the existing management building and road in accordance with the terms of the FIDIC (Aellow Book) contract – Additional construction project.
Renovation of an existing management building
As part of the project, the existing management building will be equipped with an elevator roof and will be partially built, its façade will be renovated, and the new chemical room will be decommissioned, while the social and office part of the existing management building on the ground floor (192.4 m²) serving the plant workers has been completely depreciated. The renovation of the building and the dismantling of the existing systems revealed that in several places the electricity grid was at risk of accidents, did not meet the standard requirements, that the corrosion of the heating system causes boiler problems, leaks and consequent damage occurred on the sections of the ducts in the base, the urinals are not in use, the other ageing fittings and species cracks, dripping, no cultural social conditions are provided, waterproofing problems mean that the pavement, ceiling has risen in several places, divorced, hidden, the interior windows are ageing and some cannot be closed, and the electrical and mechanical networks of the new roof installation would have to be connected to the bad, ageing existing systems. In summary: in order to ensure the operation of the site and to meet the requirements of the NPHMOS in the future, it is necessary to renovate the existing management building as indicated in the budgetary details and in the plans showing the additional construction works (architectural, electrical and technical building drawings).
The renovation budget of an existing management building, with a separate breakdown. The equipment and materials indicated in the budget or documentation serve to define quality and requirements and may be technically equivalent.
Road renovation
The asphalt coverings of the waste water treatment plant roads became more familiar with the road during the construction, through cuttings. As a result of its lower surface quality, it is cracked, thick, rubbed and rubbed, several places of ‘green’, groups of grass are planted on it, which has sunk in some places, is sinking in some places, its slope conditions and drainage are inadequate. The delivery of municipal liquid waste and the transport of sludge will lead to an additional burden that, as it stands, the road will not bear. In order to ensure long-term operational and service safety, it is necessary to renovate existing roads, but without delay at least the most used surfaces, for which spatial stone lining is proposed on the Ckt layer, taking into account historical costs, environmental, durability and subsequent reparability aspects (the road surface most vulnerable to traffic growth and the worst condition, the size proposed for repair and budgeted is 600 m²). During the additional construction works, the technical content of the road renovation is described in the separately detailed budget and the attached site plan and cross-section.
Road renovation budget by separate breakdown. The quantities indicated in the budget or documentation may be considered as appropriations, the equipment and materials used to define quality and requirements, and may be technically equivalent.
