The City of Edinburgh Council intends to put a contract in place an Owner Controlled Insurance Programme for the Edinburgh Trams York Place to Newhaven project, subject to final Council approvals. This will comprise Construction All Risks and Delay in Start-up and Third-Party Liability.
This Prior Information Notice is being placed to inform the market of our intentions and to seek feedback and support on finalising our procurement strategy.
