Description

Der AG plant die Erweiterung der Ebertschule in Kamp-Lintfort. Ursprünglich geplant war die Erweiterung in 2 Bauabschnitten umzusetzen. Die Planungsleistungen für den 1. BA wurden bereits beauftragt. Im Zuge der Planung stellte sich heraus, dass die Erweiterung in zwei Bauabschnitten baulich nicht umsetzbar und die Umsetzung in einem gemeinsamen Bauabschnitt die wirtschaftlichere Lösung ist. Aus diesem Grund wurden die Planerverträge gem. §132 GWB gekündigt. Die Ausführung der gesamten Maßnahme soll in einem Bauabschnitt erfolgen.
Die Ebertschule ist eine dreizügige Grundschule in der Altsiedlung, einer ehemaligen Zechensiedlung in Kamp-Lintfort.
Das Hauptgebäude wurde im Jahr 1922 errichtet. Die Anbauten „Rektorenwohnung“ und „Hausmeisterwohnung“ stammen aus den Folgejahren und werden heute von der Verwaltung und dem offenen Ganztag genutzt.
