F-Istres: teaching equipment
This consultation is the subject of a framework supply agreement in accordance with Article 1 of the Public Procurement Code (CMP). The contract is awarded on the basis of a framework agreement, in accordance with Article 76 of the CMP, with a maximum annual limit per lot detailed below.
This consultation took the form of an open invitation to tender subject to the provisions of Articles 33 3 (al). And 57-59 of the Public Procurement Code.
The municipality of Istres, 2 times awarded ‘Ville la plus Sportive’ in France in 1988 and 2000, has more than 40 % of its population practising sport.
It has more than 100 sports facilities available to users: schools, colleges, secondary schools, sports associations, School of Sport, sports internships, etc. These very diverse facilities are representative of the panel of sporting activities and events hosted by the City of Istres of Sports Tourism for national competitions, and the community’s sports agenda is very rich. It is based on a wide variety of equipment.
The Municipality of Istres undertakes to offer a high-quality service for sport and to remain in line with the requirements which enabled it to be appointed twice to the City of Plus Sportive.
The framework agreement shall be concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of its notification and may be expressly renewed annually by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, provided that the total duration does not exceed 4 years.
The City of Istres will be closed on 2 and 13.6.2011.
