We are looking for a planning office with appropriate experience for the technical planning for the regeneration of foil roofs for our roofs in Hall 6 and Nordboulevards. The Roof Regeneration Nord project includes the foil roof of Hall 6 and the foil roof of Koelnmesse's north boulevard. Hall 6 covers an area (GFA) of 20,846m2 and a roof area of 20,711m2. The adjacent north boulevard with an area (BGF) of 4,200m2 extends over a length of 280m along the exhibition halls 9, 6, 7 and 8. Its current roof system, consisting of a foil roof with skylights, also requires revitalizing planning to improve both aesthetic and functional standards (properties). The aim is to develop a sustainable solution that maximises the useful life and at the same time takes ecological aspects into account.
