Description

This consultation concerns the supply of IT equipment for all Community departments. The technical characteristics of the expected equipment are described in the BPU specific to each lot and in Article 7(4) of the CCP. In accordance with the provisions of Article L2113-10, this consultation is combined and is the subject of four lots defined as follows: - Lot 1: Computers and related apparatus; - Lot 2: Video projectors and large screens; - Lot 3: Computer accessories, consumables and components; - Lot 4: Tablets and Mobile Phones. In accordance with Article R21213-1 of the Public Order Code, applications may relate to one or more lots. Candidates must submit a separate tender for each lot to which they respond. Each lot shall constitute a single-award framework agreement with order forms processed at unit prices. The Contractor will be consulted whenever a need arises, by issuing order forms, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Order Code, subject to the provisions below. Pursuant to Article R2162-4-2° of the Public Order Code, the services provided under this framework agreement are concluded with a maximum annual amount fixed as follows: - Lot 1: Computers and related devices: EUR 110 000 excl. tax; - Lot 2: video projectors and large screens: €25,000 excluding tax; - Lot 3: computer accessories, consumables and components: €10 000 excluding tax; - Lot 4: Tablets and mobile phones: €30,000 excluding tax.
