Renovation of the Les Landes student residence which currently offers 237 units spread over 3 buildings and 1 central building. The objectives of the operation: Improving the comfort of housing and the ergonomics of furniture, in line with changes in students’ lifestyles. Improving energy performance: Achieve a better level than the existing RT with an efficient thermal envelope, reduce energy consumption and reduce loads for residents. Modernisation of common areas: Create new living spaces and conviviality, adapted to contemporary uses and promoting student life. Accessibility and compliance: Adapt the premises to the standards of accessibility and safety in force, to ensure the reception of all audiences and to propose optimal working conditions for staff meeting the standards of labour law and to facilitate the interventions of staff,
