Description

Sarpsborg municipality shall establish a new discharge pipeline from Alvim treatment facility on the stretch between Alvimveien pump station and Glomma. A water pipeline shall also be established that shall pump salt water from Glomma to Alvim treatment facility on the same stretch. The contracting authority would like to expand execution methods for the assignment and the prequalification must include this change.
