Description

The subject matter of this procurement procedure is: ‘Service providing for the use and servicing of equipment for the needs of the THEATRE-MUSICAL PRODUCT CENTER VARNA’ by lots’, namely: Lot № 1 - Provision of use and service of professional sound equipment for the needs of THEATRE-MUSICAL PRODUCT CENTER VARNA" and Lot № 2 - Provision of use and service of lighting and multimedia for events for the needs of THEATRE-MUSICAL PRODUCT CENTER VARNA" Scope of the public procurement: Within the scope of lot № 1 are included activities for providing for use and servicing of professional sound equipment for public events for the needs of THEATRE-MUSICAL PRODUCT CENTER VARNA. The scope of lot № 2 includes activities for providing for use and servicing of professional lighting equipment and multimedia for public events for the needs of THEATRE-MUSICAL PRODUCT CENTER VARNA. The types and quantities of equipment required for each of the lots are specified in the Technical Specification - Annex № 1 to this documentation. The quantities and types of equipment specified in the Technical Specification are indicative, and the specific types and quantities of equipment included under each lot separately and necessary for each individual event will be determined by the Contracting Authority in written requests. The contracting authority declares the necessary types and quantities of equipment falling within the scope of the lot in accordance with its needs, and the contracting authority is not obliged to make requests for the provision of equipment up to the full estimated value of the public contract (applies to each of the lots). The execution of the order includes delivery, installation, disassembly, adjustment and servicing of the equipment requested by the Assignor at the places specified by the Assignor.
