Description

1. The subject of the contract is the expansion of the server infrastructure of the high-performance cluster. 2. As part of the subject of the contract, 1 server with hard drives, equipment that will be equipped with servers owned by the Ordering Party (network cards, fiber optic inserts, fiber optic cables, RAM), as well as access licenses to Active Directory services and access licenses to enterprise channel repositories for server virtualization software should be provided to the Ordering Party. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the FTZ. 4. Cancellation clause. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds which it intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been allocated to it.
