VW_0046_Document management system
Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences (HSWT) is one of the leading "green" universities in Europe. It offers its more than 5,220 students and around 800 employees at the Freising/Weihenstephan and Triesdorf campuses a unique range of subjects covering all aspects of their livelihoods. In addition to the university management, five faculties as well as various institutes and central institutions are located at the Freising/Weihenstephan location. Two-thirds of the students visit this campus. The remaining two faculties and administrative units are located at the Triesdorf site. At present, most of the administrative processes at HSWT are still carried out in an analogous and paper-based manner. The aim of this call for tenders is to select a suitable provider for the provision and implementation of a document management system (DMS) or enterprise content management system (ECM) at HSWT. The software is intended to increase transparency and speed in administration and to advance the digitization of documents and standardized processes. The introduction of the strain gauge is intended to optimise internal processes and increase efficiency. This includes the seamless integration of the system into our existing IT infrastructure as well as the adaptation to specific requirements of our organization. The highest priority is the digitization of financial processes in the area of spending. A modern and user-friendly DMS will allow us to manage documents more systematically, make information more accessible and optimize collaboration within departments.
