SE-Stockholm: telecommunications services
Svenska Spel intends to procure a Contact Center.
The Contact Center refers to the entire communication solution that manages the company’s support function, currently composed of around 65 simultaneous users divided into 5 groups, as well as the following components and functions:
— contact channels for calls, emails, fax and documents;
— speech response function for controlled voice self-service,
— integration with Svenska Spel’s case management system and office telephone system;
— 24/7 operation.
The ambition of a future Contact Centre solution is:
— a stable and secure solution,
— a solution that can be adapted quickly to Svenska Spel’s need for change;
— a solution that develops over time and allows Svenska Spel to develop its customer service activities, for example through more incoming channels;
— a cost-effective solution for Svenska Spel.
The location of the solution is Svenska Spel’s computer hall in Visby, Gotland.
Svenska Spel does not undertake any volume reduction as a result of this tender. However, the idea is that only one supplier will meet the entire needs of Svenska Spel in the area. Office telephony and PSTN connection are not included in this call for tenders.
The duration of the agreement is 3 years with an option for Svenska Spel to extend the agreement for a further 2 years, the maximum contract period is 5 years. Agreements for the current solution expire in 28.2.2013.
