Post-notification / Design and implementation of the oxidation system of the Enonkoski aquaculture plant
The aim is to improve the oxidation of the water at the Enonkoski aquaculture plant at the Natural Resources Institute Finland (also Luke) and to ensure that salmonids have sufficient oxygen in the water even when the water is very warm. The subject of the contract is the design and implementation of the oxidation system of the aquaculture farm, as defined in this invitation to tender and its annexes, in particular in Annexes 1 "Description of the subject of the contract" and A "Contract". The procurement aims at a single contractor who, on the basis of the solution description provided in his tender, will draw up a final plan for the oxidation system during the contract period and take care of the implementation of the system, as well as provide services related to the maintenance of the system (such as after-warranty maintenance and repair services). Luke will arrange two (2) visits of the same length and content to the Enonkoski aquaculture facility, where the oxidation system will be implemented. Participating in the study visit is one of the conditions for an admissible tender. The necessary equipment will be provided at the beginning of the visit (see also Annex 1.3 "Safety instructions for visitors"). The address of the Enonkoski aquaculture farm is: Laasalantie 9, 58175 Enonkoski. The dates of the visits are: - Mon 25.5.2026 at 12-16 or alternatively - Tue 26.5.2026 at 12-16. The contact person for the visits is expert Pasi Arkko, pasi.arkko@luke.fi, +358 295 327 632. A representative/representative of the company interested in the offer must attend one of the two study visits mentioned above and register for the study visit in advance in accordance with the instructions below. The purpose of the excursions is to ensure that the tenderer has sufficient information to justify the submission of a tender and to enable, inter alia: - acquainting the tenderer with the site, the terrain, existing structures and materials, and - collecting the necessary data, taking pictures and making measurements as a basis for the design and implementation of the oxidation system. You must register for the visit by Monday 25 May 2026 at 8:00 a.m. (Finnish time) by e-mail to pasi.arkko@luke.fi. The registration must indicate: 1. the name and business ID of the company participating in the study visit, 2. the name and surname of the representative of the company participating in the study visit. For greater certainty, at least one (1) representative of the company interested in the offer must register and attend the visit. Participation shall not be remunerated. In order to ensure equal treatment of tenderers, any questions concerning the invitation to tender must be submitted as part of the tendering procedure in accordance with the instructions of the invitation to tender and will not be answered during the visits. See point 5 of the contract attached as Annex A to the invitation to tender. Tenders must be submitted in Finnish. OTHER Hansel Oy plays a consultative role in tendering.
