The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential and uninhabited properties located in the municipality of Dłutów together with the equipment of all properties in containers or bags (depending on the notification) for waste collection. The collection and management of municipal waste is to ensure that appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is reduced, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 399 ) and implementing acts, as well as the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Łódzkie Voivodship and provisions of local law valid during the performance of the contract, in particular: specifying the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and the management of this waste and the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Dłutów. The contract shall comprise: 1) collection and management of municipal waste from owners of residential and uninhabited real estate located in the municipality of Dłutów indicated by the Contracting Authority; 2) collection and management of municipal waste collected separately, collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in the municipality of Dłutów; 3) equipping all properties with containers and, in special situations, with waste collection bags; 4) equipping the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point with appropriate waste collection containers; 5) carrying out once a year in the municipality of Dłutów a touring collection of problem waste, i.e. large-size waste, scrap, waste electrical and electronic equipment, equipment containing freons, waste tires, batteries and accumulators, plastics, branches and wooden slats, including loading of waste exhibited in front of the property onto the means of transport, their export and management.
