Description

1. Communication between the Contracting Authority and the Contractors shall be carried out exclusively by electronic means within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws 2019, item 123). The proceedings are conducted electronically, using electronic means of communication, on the ZBK Purchasing Platform (‘the Platform’). To this end, the Contracting Authority has drawn up general rules on the use of the Platform, which is Annex 11 to the ToR.
2. The contracting authority requires the employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of natural persons carrying out earth, masonry, military concrete, plastering, painting, electro-installation, water and gas works.
3. The contracting authority may cancel the procedure pursuant to Article 93. 1 and 1a Acts.
4. The Contractor must lodge a security for the entire period during which the tender is binding before the closing date for the submission of tenders, for each lot of: PLN 200000,00
