Description

The Contracting Authority hereby informs that it organises the procedure, inter alia, to ensure that air tickets are booked, issued and sold under the terms and conditions ordered by the Contracting Authority, in economy class on European routes and the rest of the world in accordance with Annex 8 to the ToR and the demands made during the performance of the contract, and to ensure that tickets are sold in accordance with the contracting authority’s actual needs, solely on the basis of a written assignment, fax, electronic means or using the form on the Contractor’s website and, exceptionally, by telephone. The contracting authority also informs that the description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in point 3 of the ToR. The contracting authority plans to award the basic contract and complementary contracts up to 50 % of the value of the basic contract.
