Description

1. The scope of the contract includes: 1.1. In performing the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to exercise the utmost care taking into account the professional nature of the activity required of a professional and to bear all costs related to: 1) organizing and running PSZOK; 2) organising and running mobile collection points for municipal waste referred to in point 1.1., point 3) (d) with a frequency of once a month; 3) collecting and handing over for management the following types of separately collected municipal waste, provided by the owners of real estate on which residents from the Lublin Commune incur a fee for the management of municipal waste, hereinafter referred to as the owners of real estate: construction and demolition waste resulting from conversion, assembly or renovation in a building carried out by the owners of real estate, including in particular: concrete, concrete debris, bricks, brick debris, broken ceramics, broken window glass – waste code 170101, 170102, 170107, (b) furniture and other bulky waste including waste which, due to its size and weight, cannot be placed in containers used on the property, in particular: beds, mattresses, prams, boards, Christmas trees, thick branches, excluding waste: waste electrical and electronic equipment, construction and demolition waste – waste code 200307, (c) waste tyres – waste code 160103, (d) textiles and clothing – waste code 200110, 200111, (e) paper and paperboard (paper, cardboard, newspapers and magazines, catalogues and leaflets, notebooks and books) – waste code 200101, (f) metals and plastics (plastic bottles and packaging of beverages and food products, multi-material packaging, beverage and canned cans) – waste code 200139, 200140, (g) glass (empty glass bottles and jars of beverages and food, glass packaging of cosmetics) – waste code 200102, (h) hazardous waste (waste code 150110*, 200113*, 200119*, 200121*, 200126*, 200127*, 200131*, 200132, 200133*, 200134, ex 200199. 1.2. The Contractor, when performing the subject of the contract, is obliged to ensure throughout the period of performance of the contract: 1) collection in PSZOK of the following types of municipal waste, provided by property owners in an unlimited amount: a) furniture and other bulky wastes referred to in point. 1.1. (3) (b), (b) textiles and clothing referred to in 1.1. 3. (d), (c) paper and paperboard referred to in point 1.1. (3) (e), (d) metals and plastics referred to in point 1.1. 3. (f), (e) glass referred to in 1.1. 3. (g), (f) hazardous wastes referred to in point 1.1. (3) (h). 1.3. The Contractor, when performing the subject of the contract, is obliged to ensure throughout the period of performance of the contract: 1) collection of the following types of municipal waste, provided by property owners in a limited amount: a) construction and demolition waste referred to in point. 1.1. 3) (a) - up to 2,00 Mg/year/holding; worn-out tyres referred to in point (b). 1.1. 3) (c) - in the amount of 8 pieces / year / household. 1.4. The Contractor, when performing the subject of the contract, is obliged to ensure the collection during mobile collection of municipal waste referred to in point 1.1. 3) point (d) delivered independently by the owners of the property in sealed and undamaged bags with a maximum capacity of 120 l, in a limited quantity of 2 x 120 l / household. 1.5. The Contractor is obliged to develop in agreement with the Ordering Party the Regulations of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point also called the Regulations of the PSZOK within 15 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 1.6. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of changing the Regulations of PSZOK, only after agreement with the Contractor. 1.7. The Contractor shall meet the following requirements: a) Conducting activities consisting in collecting waste on site and in a manner consistent with applicable regulations, including having the necessary consents and permits. b) PSZOK should ensure the acceptance of municipal waste referred to in point 1.1. point. 3) provided independently by the owners of real estate residing in the Lublin Commune, at least from Monday to Friday. c) PSZOK should be located on the property owned or for which the Contractor has an appropriate legal title (e.g. ownership, perpetual usufruct, lease, rental, lending), located in the Lublin Commune. The Contractor undertakes to present documents confirming the possession of legal title to the property on which the PSZOK is located at every written request of the Ordering Party. d) PSZOK should be located on a fenced, paved square with an area allowing the placement of containers and free access of cars delivering waste. e) PSZOK should be secured against access by outsiders in a way that prevents the placement of waste outside the opening hours of the PSZOK. f) The area should be illuminated and monitored in accordance with Article 25 sec. 6a of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws 2023.1587, as amended) and the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 29 August 2019 on a visual control system for the place of storage or storage of waste (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1755).
