Description

The subject of the order is the purchase along with the delivery and delivery of office supplies and supplies for the units of the Silesian Police garrison. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (minimum parameters, minimum warranty period and estimated quantities) can be found in Annex 3 to the FTZ - price form with a description of the subject-matter of the contract. The contracting authority may cancel the procurement procedure on the basis of Article 257 of the Act if the funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been allocated to it. Settlement will take place on the basis of actually made successive deliveries in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party, according to the gross unit prices offered, subject to § 7 of the draft provisions of the contract.
