Description

The purpose of this call for tenders is the selection of a Contractor to provide services for the preparation and delivery of ready-to-eat meals – a ‘warm lunch’ for target groups in the Municipality of Kirkovo. Preparation and delivery of food will provide meals in the settlements of Kirkovo Municipality with a capacity of up to 2040 persons per working day, divided into lots as follows: First lot: ‘Preparation and delivery of hot lunches to target groups on the territory of Kirkovo municipality’ – Kirkovo region – up to 510 units; Second lot: ‘Preparation and delivery of hot lunches to target groups on the territory of Kirkovo municipality’ – Chorbadzhiysko region – up to 700 units; Third lot: ‘Preparation and delivery of hot lunches to target groups on the territory of Kirkovo municipality’ – Fotinovo region – up to 280 units; Fourth lot: ‘Preparation and delivery of hot lunches to target groups on the territory of Kirkovo municipality’ – Benkovski region – up to 550 units. Each portion must include a minimum of 300 grams of soup; main course – minimum 300 grams, bread – minimum 150 grams and at least once a week dessert/fresh fruit. The daily presence of meat in one of the dishes – soup or main course – is mandatory.
