Description

The contract is a contract under Fenix, where the contracting authority also acts on behalf of other contracting Fenix hospitals, see I.2 Identity of the contracting authority.
The estimate of needs is the estimate for all participating Fenix hospitals. The estimate does not constitute an undertaking for the quantity to be purchased.
The supplier shall deliver to each of the delivery points indicated.
Deliveries for all lots must be made to the following delivery addresses within the hours indicated.
Deliveries shall be made to the designated place in the client’s warehouse.
The supplier supplies, at the customer’s request, pallets with stacked height adapted to the customer’s warehouse racks. These pallets are not mixed with other products.
