The Neubrandenburg public transport company operates local public transport in the city of Neubrandenburg. On a total of 11 lines, the NVB transports up to 20,000 passengers per day with currently 30 vehicles. The SaubFahrzeugBeschG obliges the public sector to procure at least 45% low- and zero-emission vehicles by 31.12.2025. By the end of 2030, this ratio will increase to 65% of new purchases.
