The subject of the contract is the execution (separately for each location) of project and costing documentation and obtaining a decision on the construction permit or a certificate confirming that there are no grounds for objecting to the notification of construction or performance of other construction works, adapting all technical solutions to the applicable regulations and performing copyright supervision for the investment task entitled: ‘Improving the energy efficiency of eight public infrastructure buildings located in Wałbrzych and subject to conservation supervision, through their thermal modernisation’, in the field of: • Task 1 - the building located at ul. J. Matejki 2 in Wałbrzych • Task 2 - a building located at ul. J. Matejki 3 in Wałbrzych As part of the subject-matter of the contract, complete design and costing documentation was provided for each task on the basis of the currently applicable provisions and guidelines of the Contracting Authority on the basis of building inventories and energy audits held by the Contracting Authority (the Contracting Authority will make the inventories available).
