Description

Het project omvat een uitbreiding van het bestaande gebouw aan de Mauritskade 58 te Amsterdam. De uitbreiding wordt tegen de zuidzijde van het hoofdgebouw en de bestaande dienstwoning gerealiseerd in oostelijke richting en heeft een footprint van ca. 870 m². Daarvoor wordt een gebouwdeel van het monumentale gebouw afgebroken. In totaal wordt er ca. 3 700 m² bvo gerealiseerd voor onderwijs inclusief kelder. De inrichting van de buitenruimte, waarvoor de gemeente Amsterdam opdrachtgever is, valt niet binnen deze opdracht. Er moet echter wel coördinatie plaats vinden met de uitvoerende partijen voor de buitenruimte en het kunstwerk.
