Procurement of a framework agreement for the procurement and hire of licences, as well as licence consultancy services

The Norwegian Health Network invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the procurement and hire of licences, as well as licence consultancy services. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure that the Norwegian Health Network and entities in the governmental health administration, with underlying entities, access to a framework agreement for coverage of all needs connected to the purchase and hire of licences, as well as renewals for existing licences, upgrades, trade-in etc. In addition the framework agreement shall include technical and consulting consultancy services within licences, products, technology and systems in our product portfolio. The procurement comprises five sub-contracts. Sub-tenders can be submitted for one or several of the sub-areas of the procurement. There are no limitations in the number of sub-contracts that can be awarded one and the same tenderer. Parallel framework agreements shall be signed with up to 3 tenderers per sub-area and within each sub-area will rank the chosen tenderers in prioritised order.
