‘Main and ongoing repair and maintenance of vehicles, including the supply of spare parts and accessories at the request of the Employer for a period of 24 months for the needs of TA “SGS Karnobat”’
The object of the public procurement is the ‘provision of supplies’ within the meaning of Article 3(1)(2) of the PPA, while the secondary object is the ‘performance of … services by way of purchase …’ on the basis of Article 3(1)(3) of the PPA. This public contract falls within the scope of mixed public procurement, in accordance with Article 11(1) and (2) of the Public Procurement Act, which includes more than one site – services and supplies – but is awarded as a service, as prescribed by the legislator in Article 11(2) of the Public Procurement Act. The public procurement is executable under the conditions described in the conditions of participation and includes the following activities: •Comprehensive diagnostics of the vehicle; •Performance of vehicle maintenance services, including: overhaul and ongoing repair of the vehicles managed by TP DGS Karnobat after-sales service of the vehicles in full and periodically, in accordance with the prescriptions of the manufacturer of the respective vehicle brand, prevention, diagnosis, tin-painting and painting activities; •Maintenance and repair of engine, clutch, gearbox, parking brake, cardan transmission; •Maintenance and repair of front axle, steering, rear axle, brake system, car suspension; •Maintenance and repair of the vehicle's electrical equipment system, fuel system and air-conditioning system; •Technical maintenance and repair of the chassis of the car and adjustment of the front axle; • Delivery and installation of spare parts, accessories, auto consumables and lubricants for vehicles at prices according to the price offer of the Contractor, without a mark-up, and the spare parts and accessories supplied must be brand new and original for the respective brand and model of vehicle and meet the quality requirements in the Republic of Bulgaria. The Contractor is obliged to provide free repatriation (transportation) of an injured vehicle of the Contracting Authority to the service base when the damage has occurred within the town of Karnobat or within a radius of up to 30 km from the administrative boundaries of the city. For repatriation outside this range, the Contractor shall apply a fixed price per kilometre, which shall be indicated in his Price Offer.
