The Contractor is obliged to fulfil all calls for performance from the contracting authority (the Client), unless agreed otherwise, to the extent (volume) of performance corresponding to the value of the total tender price. The fulfilment of deliveries requested by the Client beyond the total offer price is possible with the consent of the Contractor. The contracting authority undertakes to withdraw in the range of 12 months of performance in the value of at least CZK 100.000.00 excluding VAT, see Article 5 of the Draft Contract.
