Description

The Styria Chamber of Commerce plans to rebuild its technical training areas at the Graz site.
An open, two-stage, anonymous implementation competition (eligibility for participation in accordance with the required selection criteria) and subsequent negotiated procedure in the upper-threshold area will be launched in order to obtain preliminary designs of construction arts.
In a first stage of competition, the area of around 6.4 hectares of Styria Chamber of Commerce at the Graz site is to be processed for urban development purposes. In a second stage of competition, the construction of new technical training areas with approximately 10 500 m² of useful floor area is to be further worked on in the field of construction.
