The bulky areas concerned are those collected on the territory of the conurbation community by Tour (s) Plus or other local actors, duly authorised by the agglomeration community.
Framework agreement without mini and maxi and one economic operator. The framework agreements shall be concluded for a period of 2 years from the date of notification of the contract.
For Lot 2, a criterion on environmental protection performance shall be established which will be judged on the basis of measures that the undertaking undertakes to take to protect the environment described in the technical memorandum.
