Description

Gegenstand des Auftrags sind die Leistungen für die Objektplanung Verkehrsanlagen gem. § 45 ff HOAI 2021, in zwei Bauabschnitten (BA 1 + BA 2) im nördlichen und südlichen Teil des Baugebietes, bei stufenweiser Beauftragung.Die Verkehrsanlagen umfassen ca. 15.500m² im BA 1 und ca. 5.500m² im BA 2 und dienen als Erschließungsstraße für das Neubaugebiet, in dem neben Wohnen auch Gewerbe, eine Schule, eine Kita und ein Verbrauchermarkt vorgesehen sind. Die Ausführung der Deckschicht und Bordsteine erfolgt auftraggeberseitig inhouse. Der Auftraggeber ordnet das Projekt der Honorarzone II zu.Die Ausschreibung des BA 1 + BA 2 erfolgt für die LPH 1-5 als ein Objekt und für die LPH 6-9 als zwei getrennte Objekte, da die Ausführung zeitlich versetzt erfolgen soll.
