De Gemeenten zijn voornemens het leveren en plaatsen van multifunctionals en printers aan te besteden die functioneren binnen de ICT-infra van de betreffende gemeenten, inclusief follow-me systeem en het onderhoud aan deze machines. Het leveren, plaatsen en het verzorgen van de service en het onderhoud dient plaats te vinden conform het Programma van Eisen en de Technische specificaties (Separate Bijlagen). Lansingerland: 12 MFP's en 10 mini kleur Zoetermeer: 40 MFP's en 7 balieprinters Delft: 32 MFP's (onder voorbehoud van Collegebesluit)
