Description

The medical devices, the delivery of which is the subject of this public procurement, are necessary for the treatment of patients of ENT Department at Shumen Hospital AD and are detailed in the Technical Specification, including 4 /four/ Lots and annexed to this documentation. Participants in the open procedure may submit tenders for Lots Nos 1 and 2 inclusive, in accordance with the Technical Specification. The supplies under Lots Nos 3 and 4 will be awarded in accordance with their respective individual values on the basis of Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act by direct award on the basis of Article 20(4)(3) of the Public Procurement Act.
