Description

Totalentreprenad omfattande renovering och tillbyggnad av Lagmansskolan i Mjölby kommun. I entreprenaden ingår även iordningställande av utemiljö. I tillbyggda delen ska bl.a nytt storkök upprättas. Entreprenaden behöver färdigställas etappvis då verksamhet kommer att bedrivas i intilliggande lokaler. Nybyggnad ska utföras som ett PHI-passivhus och certifieras enligt PassiveHouse Classic, se handling 6.3 PM-Passivhus. Detaljerade uppgifter redovisas i förfrågningsunderlaget.
