Afin d'assurer ses obligations en matière de contrôle des installations d'assainissement non collectif de son territoire, la Communauté de communes Terre d'Auge souhaite confier à un titulaire par le biais d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande : - La réalisation du contrôle des installations neuves ou réhabilitées ("contrôle de bonne exécution des travaux") ; - La réalisation du contrôle des installations existantes dans le cadre d'une vente immobilière (ou "contrôle de vente") ; - La réalisation des contrôles périodiques obligatoires (fréquence du règlement du SPANC : 10 ans) ; - La réalisation des contrôles ponctuels sur demande du pouvoir adjudicateur ;
