Description

1. The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of cleanliness of municipal streets, sidewalks, squares and internal roads in the city of Gołdap and roads and sidewalks in the rural municipality of Gołdap. 2. The subject-matter of the contract is divided into four lots. The contracting authority does not limit the number of lots for which potential economic operators may submit tenders, nor does it specify the maximum number of lots for which a contract may be awarded to the same economic operator. Contractors may submit tenders for each of the lots allocated. 3. Description of the lot: 1) Part 1 – winter maintenance of municipal streets, squares and internal roads in the city of Gołdap. The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of clean communal streets, sidewalks, squares and internal roads owned or managed by the Gołdap commune in the city of Gołdap, consisting in the performance of works solely on the request of the Ordering Party, in which each time the scope of areas to be maintained will be indicated. Total length of streets to be maintained – 17 686 m, i.e. 106 859,00 m2. Total area of walkways for snow removal – 31 044,50 m2. Total area of squares and internal roads for winter maintenance – 55 211.00 m2. A detailed description of how the subject of the contract was performed is described in Annex 2.1 to the SWZ, while the list of areas intended for maintenance is attached as Annex 3.1 to the SWZ. 2) Part 2 - winter maintenance of roads in the rural area of the Gołdap Commune. The subject of the contract is the maintenance of constant cleanliness of municipal roads and pavements in the rural area of the Gołdap Municipality designated as sector I Total length of roads to be maintained – 67 695 m A detailed description of the method of performance of the subject of the contract is described in Annex 2.2 to the SWZ, while the list of areas to be maintained is Annex 3.2 to the SWZ. 3) Part 3 - winter maintenance of roads and pavements in the rural area of the Gołdap Commune. The subject of the contract is the maintenance of constant cleanliness of municipal roads and pavements in the rural area of the Gołdap Municipality designated as sector No II Total length of roads to be maintained – 46 250.00 m A detailed description of the method of performance of the subject of the contract is described in Annex 2.2 to the SWZ, while the list of areas to be maintained is Annex 3.2 to the SWZ. 4) Part 4 - winter maintenance of roads and pavements in the rural area of the Gołdap Commune.
