Description

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of the W-11 freight crane in the building of the Center for Non-Invasive Medicine UCK. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 4 to the FTZ. 2. If terms indicating the type, standard, trade marks or origin of the subject-matter of the contract are used in the documentation relating to the procedure in question, they must be read together with the words ‘or equivalent’. Own names are exemplary, determine the class of the product and serve to determine the standard - they do not indicate a specific product or a specific manufacturer.
