Description

The Hanseatic and University City of Rostock intends to create a permanent extension for the Musikgymnasium “Käthe Kollwitz”.
The undeveloped plot of land for the replacement new building borders directly to the west on the existing school, to the north and east on a residential development and to the south on a tram line. The main entrance is oriented towards the main building of the school.
The replacement building is intended to enable school operations in music practice and band rehearsal rooms and to house a foyer with an adjoining event hall. A cafeteria with possibilities for outdoor seating is also planned.
