1. The subject-matter of the contract is ‘Provision of hardware and software within the framework of the ‘Cybersecure Local Government’ project’. 2. The subject of the contract is financed from the European Funds for Digital Development 2021-2027 (FERC) Priority II: Advanced digital services Action 2.2. – Strengthening the national cybersecurity system, grant competition under the ‘Cybersecure Local Government’ grant project number FERC.02.02-CS.01-001/23, project title ‘Increasing the digitalisation and level of cybersecurity of the Kraśnik City Hall and subordinate local government units’. 3. The subject-matter of the contract shall include: 1) delivery of the disk array (1 pcs.) together with the implementation service, 2) delivery of the server for backups (1 pcs.) together with the implementation service, 3) delivery of UTM devices (7 pcs.) together with the implementation and configuration service, 4) delivery of software - log manager together with the implementation, 5) delivery of software for monitoring the IT infrastructure together with the implementation, 6) conducting advanced training for IT administrators of the Kraśnik City Hall in the field of delivered hardware and software. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 5. Delivery address – Krasnik City Hall, ul. Lubelska 84, 23-200 Kraśnik. 6.
