Description

Afsluiten van een overeenkomst voor het huren en/of aankopen van printers en kleine multifunctionals (perceel 1) en grote multifunctionals (perceel 2) voor een periode van 5 jaar.
Voor perceel 1 overweegt de aanbestedende overheid huur of aankoop van de toestellen. Inclusief omnium onderhoud en levering van de toners.
Voor perceel 2 wordt er geopteerd voor een all-in huur/onderhoud contract.
In geval van huur kan de aanbestedende overheid tot 1,5 jaar na de start van de overeenkomst, bijkomende toestellen plaatsen, waarbij er geen andere einddatum geldt, dan deze van het hoofdcontract.
Voor de uitbreidingen en gelijkaardige leveringen dient de inschrijver steeds een evenwaardig toestel aan te bieden als deze van de oorspronkelijke inschrijving.
Het printgebruik in ZOL is bij benadering 90 % zwart/wit en 10 % kleur.
Op basis van de score van de gunningscriteria (exclusief de testperiode) zal een testperiode georganiseerd worden met de 3 hoogst geklasseerde kandidaten.
De punten van de testperiode zullen achteraf bij het totaal geteld worden om de uiteindelijke score te bepalen.
