Description

The rescue services of the Etelä-Savo wellbeing services county will request your offer for the delivery of an ERP system for your own use as a software service maintained by the Supplier (SaaS service) and for the services related to the system. The service must be available 24/7 and enable the use of several different terminal devices (PC computer, tablet, mobile user interface). The system to be procured must already be in production use at the tender stage by at least two of the tenderer's reference customers (rescue facilities).
The information system to be procured must be able to plan and manage the resources of Eloisa's rescue services in a timely, fast and flexible manner, taking into account the derogation permit and local agreements. The system is expected to provide a comprehensive and functional ERP system for rescue services and possibly as an option for emergency care. The information system to be procured must be able to take care of shift planning, the monitoring of trainings/professional qualifications/qualifications and their validity periods, the specification, approval and reporting of completed deliverables (e.g. alarms) and their forwarding until payment. The information system must provide comprehensive reports for personnel reporting on performance, personnel qualifications and the strengths of shifts during different periods, as well as material for payroll.
