Description

The revitalisation of the empty industrial building 115 is part of a major conversion project on the surfaces of Villeroy & Boch AG’s headquarters. The municipality will rebuild part of the building for new use as a fire brigade house, including modern social and training rooms. The southern part of the building will be converted by Villeroy & Boch itself into a training workshop (not part of this contract). The planning will have to be coordinated. In order to transform the northern part into voluntary fire brigade, the municipality needs planning services for the technical building equipment for service phases 5 to 8 in accordance with Section 55HOAI. The building, with a floor area of 1 220 m², is located on 3 674 m². The part of the building concerned (EC and 1); (Og) includes a BGF of 1 690 m². Parts of buildings 116 and 126 on site must be demolished beforehand.
