The subject of the public contract deals with the complete replacement of existing water meters with cold utility water (hereinafter referred to as SUV) and hot utility water (hereinafter referred to as hot water) and the replacement of heat cost allocators (hereinafter referred to as IRTN) for remotely readable, in accordance with applicable legislation, including accessories ensuring the transmission of necessary data in residential and non-residential buildings owned by the statutory city of Frýdek-Místek. There are 59 buildings (apartments about 1300, non-apartments about 300). The contractor shall also establish and operate a web portal to view the consumption of heat and water, which shall be accessible to both the contracting authority and the final consumers of heat and water.
