Description

Draw up complete construction plans for the research institute and perform design management tasks. Substance requirements: in Decision No 312/2012 Government Decree No 191/2009 (XI.8) and Government Decree No 191/2009. (IX.15.) Government Decree (IX.15.) and any related planning work, consultation, consent, authorisation and approval required for the construction of a normal, economical and suitable building for use and for obtaining an occupancy permit. The task of the designer is to assist the public utility service providers and the competent authorities in any necessary authorisation. The designer’s task is to prepare the priced and unpriced budget notice, the laboratory technology construction plan, the design of the combustion product disposal of adjacent buildings, the design of the interior design, and the participation of the contractor in the public procurement procedure, as well as the designer’s works management.
