Description

The purpose of the consultation is to: Services of pruning and felling of trees in the territory of the municipality of Saint-Joseph for the year 2025. The form chosen for this contract is that of the framework agreement executed by means of order forms pursuant to Articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code. This is a single-awarded framework agreement. This contract is not broken down into lots or tranches. The total amount of orders for the initial period of the contract, as well as for each renewal period where applicable, shall be between a minimum amount of €5 000 excluding VAT and a maximum amount of €200 000 excluding VAT.
