Description

This four-year contract is for the acquisition of large kitchen equipment for the three nursing homes at CPAS Verviers. These have a total of 505 beds distributed as follows: - Résidence Saint-Joseph, chaussée de Heusy 77 to 4800 VERVIERS: 200 beds, - Résidence La Lainière, rue de Heusy 95 to 4800 VERVIERS: 155 beds, - Résidence La Barcarolle, avenue Jean Lambert 99 to 4801 STEMBERT: 150 beds. Each product proposed must be compatible with the existing one. Any proposal that is not compatible with the existing one will be considered substantially irregular. The company constitutes a price schedule contract (stock market). The quantities included in this contract are purely indicative and suppliers will not be entitled to any compensation if these quantities are not reached. For each lot, any offer not offering 100% of the products included in the inventory will be eliminated. Any tender which does not correspond at least to the description in these special specifications will be considered to be substantially irregular.
