The content of this Notice provides only basic information about the scope of the order for "Purchase of subscriptions for the antimalware protection system and prevention and response to ATP attacks with the support of the manufacturer". This information is preliminary and informative. Description of the subject of the contract corresponding to the requirements of Article 400 of the Public Procurement Law Act (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1320 as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "PPL Act", will form part of the FTZ and will be forwarded to the Contractors together with the invitation to tender in accordance with Art. 2 of the PPL Act. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCUREMENT OBJECTIVE (OPZ) 1. The Customer has an antimalware protection system and a system for preventing and responding to APT attacks from the manufacturer Trellix consisting of: 1.1. Workstation protection system (endpoint): 1.1.1. 4 physical servers; 1.1.2. Endpoint software – 45 000 subscriptions licensed per station; 1.2. Mail protection system: 1.2.1. 2 physical servers; 1.2.2. software for the mail protection system – 45 000 subscriptions; 1.3. File analysis system with its own ‘sandbox’ mechanism: 1.3.1. 2 physical servers; 1.3.2. software for file analysis system with its own "sandbox" mechanism – 2 subscriptions; 1.4. The governance platform shall: 1.4.1. 2 physical servers; 1.4.2. software for the management platform - 2 subscriptions; 1.5. Network traffic recorders with metadata support: 1.5.1. 1 physical server; 1.5.2. Network traffic recorder software – 1 subscription; 1.5.3. Software for Saved Network Traffic Analyzer with metadata support – 1 subscription. The name of the subscriptions and devices owned by the Ordering Party shall be subject to the provisions of the Act of 5 August 2010 on the protection of classified information (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 632) in connection with the granting of this data clause reserved by the person referred to in Article 6 of this Act. The detailed configuration of the Customer's infrastructure will be received by the Contractor, who will be invited to submit a tender, after signing the Confidentiality Agreement. 2. The subject of the contract is: 2.1. purchase and delivery of an extension of subscription for the Trellix manufacturer's antimalware protection system and prevention and response to APT attacks referred to in point 1, together with the manufacturer's support for this software and devices in the quantities and types specified in point 1.; 2.2. purchase and delivery of new subscriptions for the software together with the support of the Trelix manufacturer for the client's endpoint protection system - 5,000 subscriptions licensed per station; (together: ‘System’) or 2.3. the purchase, delivery and implementation of an equivalent solution (hereinafter: ‘Equivalent system’), i.e. the number of software and infrastructure necessary to replace all the functionalities of the subscriptions and devices held by the Contracting Authority referred to in points 2.1 and 2.2, subject to points 4 and 5. POZ and manufacturer's support for equivalent System software and devices, provided under the conditions described in points 5 and 6. OPZ. 3.Time of realization and conditions of receipt of the subject of the order for the System/System equivalent. 3.1 Subscriptions, together with the manufacturer's support for software and devices, for the equivalent System/System will be valid for a period of 24 months from the date of their activation indicated in the acceptance protocol signed without reservation by the Contractor and the Ordering Party. 3.2 Deadlines for implementation and conditions for receipt of the subject of the order for the System: 3.2.1 The Contractor shall, within 5 Working Days (working days shall be deemed to be Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in the Republic of Poland), in Working Hours (working hours shall be deemed to be between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm on Working Days), upon conclusion of the Contract, provide the subscriptions referred to in points 2.1 and 2.2 together with the license keys and instructions for installing the subscription in Polish or English; 3.2.2 The Contractor shall provide technical support to the Ordering Party for the installation of license keys; 3.2.3 activation of the subscription and the manufacturer's support for the software and devices will take place within 2 Business Days from the date of delivery of the subscription and the manufacturer's support referred to in point 3.2.1; 3.2.4 The Parties shall confirm the delivery and correct launch of the subscription and the manufacturer's support for the software and devices referred to in points 2.1 and 2.2 by signing, without reservation by the Contractor and the Ordering Party, a acceptance protocol. 3.3 Time limits and conditions for receipt of the subject of the contract for the Equivalent System: 3.3.1 The Contractor shall draw up a draft implementation within 10 working days of the conclusion of the Contract; 3.3.2 The Contractor shall implement an equivalent system: 3.3.2.1 configuration, parameterization or modification of the Customer's infrastructure and software, provide devices and software, licenses necessary for integration, as well as provide 24 monthly subscriptions with license keys and manufacturer support for software and devices of the Equivalent System in order to achieve its full functionality within 35 Business Days from the conclusion of the Agreement; 3.3.2.2. activate the software and start the manufacturer's support for the software and devices of the equivalent System within 5 Business Days from the date of delivery of the subscription and the manufacturer's support referred to in point 3.3.2.1; 3.3.3 The Parties shall confirm the implementation of the Equivalent System, the correct delivery, launch and activation of the subscription, the start of the manufacturer's support for the software and devices of the Equivalent System and the receipt of the as-built documentation referred to in point 4.2.7 by signing the implementation protocol without reservations by the Contracting Authority and the Contractor; Due to the limited number of characters, the continuation of the information concerning the OIP in point 2.1.2
