L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. ENTRETIEN DES PARTIES COMMUNES : Propreté et hygiène des parties communes intérieures et extérieures et des locaux annexes ENTRETIEN DES ESPACES VERTS : Entretien courant de l'ensemble des espaces verts, soins au maintien des plants, regarnissage éventuel des pelouses, nettoyage général et conseil. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants maximum de l'accord-cadre comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction soit 4 ans maximum
