Description

The contract concerns an area of 310 strem. where there is a relatively low degree of arbitrariness and includes the following studies:
— Urban planning (to be drawn up on a scale of 1: 1000 and will be drawn up in three stages on digital cadastral bases, while the act implementing the urban planning study includes the calculation of the detailed data of the approved topographical plan (land registry based on the state triangular and spatial gravimetric network and compilation of cadastral diagrams);
Hydraulics (demarcation of three main watercourses leaking the study area together with their branches and local arrangements for streams and their branches),
— Geological (geological suitability study designed to determine the geological suitability of areas. Geological mapping will be carried out on a scale of 1: 1000) and environmental (strategic environmental impact assessment and environmental impact study to deal with the streams).
