Contract for the sale and purchase of electricity to the contracting authority(s) listed in point VI.3 above for the purchase (purchase in a commercial relationship) of electricity available on a continuous basis on the Hungarian electricity transmission network and of a quality corresponding to the connection characteristics of the sites of use (purchase in a commercial relationship) 1 January 2012.
