Description

The target of the procurement is the day care centre Aleksin, daghemmet Aleksia, an expert service for archaeological excavations related to the pre-construction of the renovation (archaeological supervision consultant), which includes the supervision of excavations, the assessment and documentation of the findings, as well as the collection for the museum and the tasks required by the museum authority. The expert service to be procured covers the preparation of excavations, field work and after-sales work. The field work will take place during the excavation work to be carried out during the pre-construction of the day-care centre renovation project at the day-care centre's construction site at Aleksanterinkatu 1, 00170 Helsinki. The excavation work is estimated to take place between January and June 2027 and will take approximately six months in total. In addition to the six-month pre-construction phase, the procurement includes an estimated three-month preparatory phase and, if necessary, an approximately six-month post-construction phase.
